Profile

I’m a Senior Experience Designer & Accessibility Strategist with over a decade of international experience leading and designing digital, physical, and hybrid experiences across Europe and the Middle East, turning complex content into journeys that stick with people.

My multidisciplinary career is shaped by deep dives into several disciplines of design, hands-on mastery, and cross-functional collaborations that naturally evolved into leadership roles. Now, I don’t just look at design; I pull together strategy, storytelling, and logistics too. I’ve led global teams, mentored people, dealt with impossible stakeholders, survived crazy deadlines, and delivered a few miracles on repeat, all while keeping my hands dirty and having fun building things with people.

Also, I’m obsessed with accessibility. Beyond the human aspect, it is just basic logic. In a digital world full of inaccessible patterns that AI is learning from, true accessibility expertise matters. I became CPACC-certified through the IAAP to back it up with the heavy technical weight needed to defend and advocate for it.

Some of the organizations I’ve partnered with to make the impossible possible include the National Museum of Qatar, ilmi Science Discovery & Innovation Center (Riyadh), the Museum of Natural Sciences (Brussels), the Icelandic Museum of Natural History, Het Steen Visitor Center (Antwerp), Canon Professional Network, Amnesty International, the Dutch National Police, and others across different sectors.

Approach

Engagement starts by meeting people where they are. Everyone understands, learns, and expresses themselves differently, and I design with that in mind.

My approach is built around asking uncomfortable questions, untangling the chaos behind the scenes, listening to the volley of absurd requests, refusing to play it safe, and killing the ego talks in the room.

The goal is simple: creating experiences where everyone reaches the same destination at their own pace.

Messy? Yes. Worth it? Always.

Great ideas start with simple conversations.
